The journey of Vinasc Group
Development history
The year 2019
- Vinasc Group was established with the aim of providing comprehensive consulting service solutions for businesses, with a primary focus on investors and businesses with foreign investment in Vietnam.
- Supplementing consulting services and providing specialized personnel for businesses;
- Consulting and providing solutions for offices and industrial zone factories for businesses, especially manufacturing enterprises.
- Consulting on investment and implementing investments into potential businesses and customers.
- Consulting on buying and selling, merging businesses, and restructuring enterprises.
- Undertaking export-import agency, acting as an intermediary, and trading in goods.
The year 2018
- After 4 years of operation, Vinasc has developed with a scale and quality demonstrated in both business results and the number of customers. Particularly, foreign customers account for about 60% of the total customer base. Foreign customers have expanded from European countries, the Americas, India, and more.
- Marking this change and to better serve our customers, we have developed and implemented audit services in early 2018.
The year 2014
- Vinasc was established with the main services including:

Tax consulting services;
Legal consulting services and business licensing.
During this phase, we primarily serve domestic businesses. Foreign clients only account for 15% of the total customer base, and they come from countries such as China, South Korea, and Taiwan.
